Thank you for visiting my web site. My practice is currently full so I am not accepting new clients at this time. I will be away from Friday September 15th to Monday September 25th, 2017. If you are a current client and need support or have questions during this time please call my practice phone number for information and resources. The Basics of Mindfulness class is still open for registration. If you have questions about this class while I am away, you can contact Avi Klepper at PIMC (Avi@portlandinsight.org).
In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your individual needs. The integrative mind/body therapy that I utilize is based on honesty, respect, and compassion. I want to help you to discover freedom from self-limiting patterns that can lead to stress, conflict, and/or withdrawal from life. My approach supports you in being less identified with habitual ways of thinking and feeling that can keep you stuck in patterns that no longer work for you. You can learn to be less reactive and more compassionate with yourself and others.
As an independent practitioner I provide innovative mindfulness-based counseling, psychotherapy and personal growth services in the
