The integrative mind/body therapy that we utilize is based on honesty, respect, and compassion. We want to help you to discover freedom from self-limiting patterns that can lead to stress, conflict, and/or withdrawal from life. Our approach supports you in being less identified with habitual ways of thinking and feeling that can keep you stuck in patterns that no longer work for you. You can learn to be less reactive and more compassionate with yourself and others.
We provide innovative mindfulness-based counseling, psychotherapy and personal growth services. We offer individual, couples, and group therapy services. We teach mindfulness meditation and other contemplative practices. We also provide clinical supervision and consultation to other professionals. We have been successful in helping with grief, trauma, stress, anxiety, life transitions, obsessions/compulsions, attention and impulse control, relationship distress, parenting, and spiritual growth. We also provide coaching to help you reach your highest potential.
